I then moved the folder Documents from OneDrive to C:\Users\my-user-name\. I simply moved it with my mouse pointer. I placed my Fallout 4 save file in C:\Users\my-user-name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves\. I started Fallout 4 and it found my save file!
